The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have and, once your return has been accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

14-Day EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
